I always lived healthy. My past two years has been rough through several harsh life events. I did not want to add extra worries on my system. So yeah, I auto-prescribed 90% of your recommendations. Walked/hiked through my worries, 600km in 2017 and almost 1250 km in 2018. Cycled and spinned for minimum sessions of 1h. I drink every morning 1 entire lemon before breakfast. I never eat at regular hours as society has imposed it on us. I listen to my system; if hungry I eat, if not I don’t. I go to bed when I fall asleep and I wake up naturally. I eat a couple of spoonful of non pasteurized honey and dark chocolate everyday. I feel wonderful, very strong and energetic. Nice knowing others are waking up to how easy and simple it is to take care of our health with no medication whatsoever.
