I discovered the power of walking again too last year. Needed to vent through rough times. Walking for me is magical. I never go for less than 10000 steps or 8km per day. So I roughly do around 55km per week. And for me, even younger, has always been the best exercise for my body. Low impact and underestimated by most runners, but the constant long walks transforms your body and brain for the best. No more stress, much more patience and regularized my appetite. I feel alive all the time.
